Installations for the supply of electricity and gas must be carried out by approved special- ists in compliance with specific national and local regulations.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS DESCRIPTION/ CONSTRUCTION TILTING BRAISING PANS FET-E The gas heated tilting braising pan with its polished steel bot- tom is used for browning, roasting, braising, and preparing sauces, etc. On request, the appliance is deliv-ered with a chrome nickel steel plated bottom, which can be used for more differentiated cooking processes, such as sautéing, poaching, steaming, boiling, stewing, and preparing white sauces.

    If the nominal temperature set on the display (AT) is below the boiling point of water, this temperature is attained on heating up and then maintained at this value by the electronic controls and the careful supply of energy. The nominal temperature is not exceeded in this process.
