Comfort and well-being in every room Most people in the industrial world spend 90 % of their time indoors. About one third of this time is spent at work. In this context it is clear that good indoor air quality, the right room temperature and draught- free air renewal are vital prerequisites for motivation and a sense of well-being.

  • Page 20: Applications

Applications The scope of the RXB controllers is defined by the pre-programmed application modules. The following is an overview of the various applications and associated controllers. The controllers are shipped from the factory pre-programmed with a set of applications. The required application is then enabled with a tool (ETS3, ACS or the "HandyTool"). Due to the fact that the applications are largely pre-defined, engineering simply involves the definition of a small number of parameters, e.g.: •...

The RXB controllers are compatible with the DESIGO and Synco systems from RXB controller Siemens Building Technologies. The communications component on the RXB controllers are based on Konnex technology and support the S-mode and LTE mode. The devices are certified for Konnex and are labeled with the KNX logo.
