GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION When using this fireplace, basic precautions should always be taken to reduce the risk of fire, electric shock and injury to persons, including the following: CAUTION‐High temperature, keep electrical cords, drapery and other furnishings at least 3 feet from the front, side and rear of the fireplace. 1. Read all instructions before using the fireplace, and retain for future reference. 2. Remove the unit from its packaging and check to make sure it is in good condition before using. 3. Do not let children play with parts of the packing (such as plastic bags etc.). 4. Check the household voltage to ensure it matches the fireplace’s rated specification. 5. Check the power cord and plug carefully before use to make sure that they are not damaged. 6. Make certain that the room is equipped with a working smoke detector. 7. Before unplugging the power cord, be sure to turn off the power. When touching the unit, be sure your hands are dry to prevent from electric shock. 8. Do not use the fireplace near curtains, or other inflammable objects. Keep combustible materials, such as pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet from the front, side and rear of the fireplace. 9. Do not block air intakes or exhaust, in any manner to prevent possible fire. Do not use on soft or uneven surfaces, like a bed, where openings may get blocked. 10. Extreme caution is necessary when any fireplace in used by, or near children or infants. 11.

21. Faulty wall outlet connections may cause the wall outlet to overheat. Be sure that fireplace plug fits tightly into outlet before each use. During use, check to make certain the fireplace plug is not overheating. If necessary, have a qualified electrician check and / or replace the wall outlet. 22. 23. Do not place the fireplace near a bed, as objects such as pillows or blankets can fall off the bed and be ignited by the fireplace. 24. Never clean this fireplace while it’s plugged in. To disconnect, turn control to OFF, then remove the plug from the outlet. Never pull the cord. Always hold the plug firmly & remove from the outlet. 25. It is necessary to switch On the fan to activate heat. Fireplace wouldn’t emit heat without fan being turned On. Adjust the Flame Brightness Control Knob for the desired flame effect. Limited Warranty (Valid in USA, its territories & Canada only) WARRANTY COVERAGE: This product is warranted against defects in workmanship and / or materials. WARRANTY DURATION: This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product and lasts for a period of 1 year from the date of original purchase or until the original purchaser of the product sells or transfers the product, whichever occurs first. WARRANTY DISCLAIMERS: This warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied and no representative or person is authorized to assume for manufacturer any other liability in connection with the sale of our products. There shall be no claims for defects or failure under any theory of tort, contractor commercial law including but not limited to, negligence, gross negligence, strict liability, breach of warranty and breach of contract. WARRANTY PERFORMANCE: During the warranty period, R&D Group, LLC, at its sole option, repair, recondition or replace any part or parts that prove to be defective or replace the whole product with the same or comparable model. A product with a defect will be either repaired or replaced with a reconditioned comparable model. The repaired or replacement product will be in warranty for the balance warranty period or additional 30 days, whichever is greater. No charge will be applicable for such repair or replacement.
